The services here are great, the rooms are exceptionally good with a fridge, and the location is convenient, just 2 miles from Green Lea Golf Course.

this is an under par facility for any money. I paid 10 dollars more for a Motel6 down I 90 that was excellent. The continental breakfast was a joke. Stale bakery.

Quiet bed, clean bathroom and TV, a microwave and a fridge in the room. Early check-in, late check-out.

We appreciated the cheap but wonderful room with climate control, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven. Having a private bathroom was a plus. The location was comfortable and marvelous, situated next to local restaurants in Albert Lea, Minnesota. The service was great, and we were totally satisfied.

Many people (living) at the hotel. My suitcase was stolen by one of the residents; eventually recovered by police- they went to jail. Besides that it was very very dirty, no heat in the room (not even a thermostat), one light bulb and quite dark. We checked out and went somewhere else because I did not feel safe. I could not believe it!!

Nothing......... Well I guess the parking spot lines in the parking lot were nicely painted.
I showed up at about 10:00 p.m. The kid befind the desk was pretty dirty, and didn't know how to change my booking , which they had messed up. Then when I finally got into my room he invited his friends over to party in the parking lot right on the other side of the wall of my room. I slept about 2 hours as a result. There were no shower towels. The bedding was stained. The place was dirty and run down overall. Save your money because this place was a total waste of money. I would have slept better in my vehicle in a rest area, and not wasted the money.

It was a handy location.
Very poor "continental" breakfast. Not much there and when they ran out of milk the person at the desk said "they were out and wouldn't be getting anymore." Lobby area wasn't very eye appealing. The room was clean but had several things that were half done.

Clean and budget-friendly place. Got a good deal for a quiet room that even had a fridge in the bathroom, for real! Staff was nice, let me check in early and had no problem with a late check-out. 🌟

Fairly nice stay, as always. Climate control, multi-channel television and a microwave oven in the room, marvellous location. Location not far from local restaurants, Minnesota and Albert Lea. Also, in a seedy part of town.

I got a great double room with a microwave upon arrival, which was very quiet. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and even helped with my bags.

the rooms were adequate, once we got through all of the remodeling debris in the hallways
the debris and dust all over the hallways should be cleaned up daily if remaining open to the public.
